FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers for organizations exploring workplace well-being pilots, guided micro-practices, leadership support, or licensing for high-pressure teams.

Is this therapy or clinical mental health treatment?

No. The Evolution of Workplace Well-Being™ is a non-clinical workplace support system designed to help employees strengthen focus, emotional regulation, communication, and stress recovery during the workday. It is not therapy and does not replace clinical mental health services.

How does a pilot work?

Pilot support may include participation insights, employee feedback, confidence measures, implementation observations, and reporting aligned to the agreed scope.

Is the audio voice artificial or AI-generated?

No. The lessons and guided practices are voiced by Crystal Rowland, creator of The Evolution of Workplace Well-Being™.

Will this feel appropriate for a professional workplace?

Yes. The program is designed for workplace use and delivered in practical, professional language appropriate for employees, managers, HR teams, and operational leaders.

Can the program support leadership teams?

Yes. Path to Serenity Consulting can support leaders with practical guidance for reinforcing workplace well-being tools and creating stronger follow-through within their teams.

Who is this designed for?

The program is designed for high-stress teams, including contact centers, customer experience departments, operations teams, frontline leaders, and organizations seeking practical employee well-being support.

What happens after a successful pilot?

Organizations may choose to expand access through annual licensing for additional teams, departments, or broader employee populations.

Can an organization purchase individual courses instead of a pilot or license?

Individual course access may be appropriate for independent learners or a very small number of employees seeking self-paced learning.

Organizations seeking team access, guided rollout, measurement, reporting, implementation support, or licensing rights should use the organizational pathway. Pilot and licensing pricing reflects the additional support needed to implement and evaluate the program within a workplace.

Do you offer multi-year licensing options?

Yes. Multi-year licensing options may be available for organizations seeking broader implementation or longer-term access.

Pricing and rollout recommendations are based on your employee population, implementation scope, reporting needs, and organizational goals.

Are services offered virtually or in person?

Both options may be available depending on your organization’s needs and scope.

Many organizations can begin with a virtual pilot or rollout approach. On-site workshops, launch support, leadership sessions, or facilitated practice experiences may also be available for qualifying engagements.

Who owns the curriculum and guided practices?

Path to Serenity retains ownership of The Evolution of Workplace Well-Being™ curriculum and its guided micro-practices.

Organizations that purchase licensing receive approved usage rights during the agreement term, based on the scope and terms of their contract.
