“Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power”

Laozi (Tao Te Ching)

Our Mission

Our mission is to make workplace well-being part of the workflow by equipping employees and leaders with practical, in-the-moment tools that restore presence during everyday pressure.

We help organizations move beyond optional wellness resources toward embedded, measurable support employees can access when difficult interactions and outside stress begin to affect communication, performance, and retention.

Our Vision

Our vision is a workplace where well-being support is not separated from the workday, but built directly into the systems employees already use; making in-the-moment support visible, accessible, and easier to use when it matters most.

Meet Crystal

Crystal Rowland is a workplace well-being consultant, instructional designer, and creator of The Evolution of Workplace Well-Being™.

Her work is rooted in both lived experience and practical business application. After experiencing workplace burnout herself, Crystal recognized that employees often need simple tools they can use in the moment between customer interactions, meetings, deadlines, and difficult conversations.

She founded Path to Serenity Consulting to address a common workplace gap: organizations may recognize stress and burnout, but many leaders do not have the time, tools, or structure to implement support and measure whether it is working.
