Who owns the content?
We retain ownership of the curriculum and guided practices. Your organization receives a non-exclusive license to use it during the agreement term.
How do employees access the training?
Learners receive access digitally through our training platform. For organizations, we support seat-based enrollment and simple rollout instructions for teams.
Is this therapy or clinical treatment?
No. This is workplace training and well-being support not therapy or medical care. If someone needs clinical help, we encourage use of EAP/medical providers.
Are your coaching sessions in-person or virtual?
Both! Most clients start with a virtual rollout (fastest), and we also offer on-site workshops/labs for launch events, conferences, or leadership retreats.
Is this “meditation,” and will it feel too spiritual for corporate?
The micro-practices use corporate fluency and are designed to be HR-safe, practical, and optional. Think “reset,” “focus,” and “presence” rather than spiritual content.
Do you provide multi-year discounts?
Yes. Multi-year agreements can include preferred pricing and a structured rollout plan.

Is the guided audio an AI voice?
No. You’ll hear Crystal’s real voice, we do not use AI/synthetic voiceovers. This keep the experience human, grounded, and easy to follow, especially for professionals in high-stress roles. (People consistently report higher trust in human voice than AI voice in audio contexts.)
