Meet Crystal

Crystal Rowland is a workplace well-being consultant, instructional designer, and creator of The Evolution of Workplace Well-Being™. With 15 years in corporate and call-center roles, she understands what it means to feel stressed and still be expected to perform at your best.

That experience led her to create Path to Serenity Consulting—to help people bring greater presence and understanding to themselves and others, even when the demands of the day make that difficult.

Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, deepening the understanding of human behavior she brings to workplace education.

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is to teach employees and leaders how to be more present, understand themselves and others, and communicate with greater intention—bringing what they learn into the everyday moments that shape their workplace.

Our vision is to cultivate workplaces where people feel heard, valued, and supported, and where presence, mindful communication, and well-being are part of how people lead and work together every day.

Practical Learning. Everyday Follow-Through.

Learning: Workplace well-being education that builds skills in perspective, communication, and responding to pressure.

Practice: Guided 90-second resets employees and leaders can use during demanding workdays.

Implementation & Measurement: Pilot coordination, leadership reinforcement, and reporting to help organizations assess fit and plan broader adoption.

Start with a brief conversation about your workforce, current challenges, and the outcome you want to support.

*Path to Serenity Consulting currently provides non-clinical workplace education, training, guided practices, and implementation support. Its services do not include psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.
